12/2009 – Treinen Associates staff serve on board of directors for the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP).

12/2009 – Treinen Associates was selected by Santa Barbara County (SBC) to provide project management and supporting services such as business process reengineering, data readiness, communications and outreach, and training support for the statewide case management and provider payroll system upgrade (CMIPS II).
- 7/2009 - Treinen selected by Washington State Department of Personnel to provide Organizational Development Services for business process improvement and business analysis.
- 7/2008 – Treinen engages with the Office of Financial Management to assist in facilitation around the state for the Investment Improvement planning for state based grants, loans and technical assistance programs. Project was completed successfully in October 2008.
- 6/2008 – Treinen engages with the Department of Social and Health Services to assist in managing the migration of it existing legacy provider payroll system to a new state-of-art payroll solution.
- 4/2008 – Treinen engages with the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction to provide project management services in support of transition of several legacy applications to new client server platforms.
- 1/2008 – Treinen engages with the Department of Social and Health Services to assist in the agency’s visioning processes for their Automated Client Eligibility System (ACES). Project was successfully completed in June 2008.
- 12/2007 – Treinen engages with the Home Care Quality Authority to conduct actuarial analysis of retirement benefit alternatives for individual providers. Project was successfully completed in July 2008.
- 8/2007 – Treinen engages with the Home Care Quality Authority to conduct support the Long Term Care (LTC) workgroup in researching and determining individual provider training needs. Project completed successfully in December 2007.
- 12/2005 - Treinen joins CNSI's project team to support Washington State's MMIS Re-procurement project (ProviderOne). One of the largest technology projects. Treinen successfully completed their engagement efforts in May 2008.
- 9/2004 – Treinen engages with Washington Employment Security Department to support implementation of document imaging/GUI technologies for the agency's unemployment insurance (UI) program. Project was completed successfully in August 2005.
- 7/2004 – Treinen engages with the Office of Financial Management (OFM) to conduct a comparative study of K-12 and Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) employee benefits programs. Project was completed successfully in December 2004.
